Registration Policy

The registration fee includes participation in the technical program, a conference kit, access to soft copy proceedings, lunch, and refreshments. Please note that accommodation is not available. A 50% refund of the registration fee will be granted for cancellations submitted on or before November 5, 2025. No refunds will be issued for requests made after November 5, 2025
